My name is Scott Munson and I love to cook. I wanted to create a space where I could post recipes and different cooking techniques I’ve learned over the years after much practice. I may share the occasional success or failure story here as well.

Health is very important to me. I take pride in preparing healthy meals for my family. So, the food highlighted here will tend to be light in fat and calories. It will also feature mostly plant-based recipes. But most importantly, I want to share my food and my experiences with cooking. We’ll see how it goes!
